Design and development



First step
We begin by analyzing the operational properties of each part, which helps define construction limitations and guide the design process. Using advanced virtual design technologies, we develop a digital representation of the product (CAD model).
Second step
Next, we assess the manufacturability of the design and modify it if needed, in collaboration with the client. Before manufacturing begins, machines are programmed and various simulations are conducted in order to test both the machining process and the mechanical stresses the product will undergo.
Production is carefully monitored and supported by comprehensive technical documentation,
including detailed technical drawings and execution plans.
