Design and development

At the heart of our design process is a dedicated team of engineers who work closely
with clients to develop customized solutions.

First step

We begin by analyzing the operational properties
of each part, which helps define construction limitations and guide the design process.
Using advanced virtual design technologies, we develop a digital representation of the product
(CAD model).

Second step

Next, we assess the manufacturability of the design and modify it if needed, in collaboration with the client. Before manufacturing begins, machines are programmed and various simulations are conducted in order to test both the machining process and the mechanical stresses the product will undergo.

Production is carefully monitored and supported by comprehensive technical documentation,

Reverse engineering services

If you require reproduction or reconstruction of existing components, our engineering team utilizes the latest technologies to digitally capture and create precise CAD models, using advanced tools like 3D scanners, coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and other methods.

Prototype manufacturing

Prototyping provides a comprehensive, real-world analysis of the product’s functional and ergonomic features, helping to refine the design before full-scale production, reduce costs and minimize the number of design iterations.

We specialize in both CNC machining and 3D printing for prototype manufacturing.

For prototypes made through CNC machining, we use the same materials intended for mass production or, when necessary, substitute them with polymers or easier-to-machine materials. This approach allows for faster, more cost-effective design adjustments, accelerating the journey toward the final product and ensuring optimal results.

Serial production

In our CNC machining workshop we deliver high-quality serial production services. We design and produce specialized fixtures and tools to optimize efficiency and ensure consistent, high-quality results throughout the production process.

Our services also include comprehensive launch documentation to streamline process monitoring and enable continuous improvement.

Additionally, we offer serial production using 3D printing technology, offering a flexible, cost-effective solution for high-volume production.

Our measurement laboratory is equipped with advanced tools, including a coordinate measuring machine (CMM), a variety of universal and single-purpose gauges, microscopes and other precision instruments.
